We are all doing much better at the Bulow household and now that Brahm has turned 4 months old he is so BIG. I forget how fast this first year goes and how fast they learn things. It seems like over night he picks up new things. So here are a few of his latest tricks.
I started him on rice cereal however, he hasn't got the whole swallowing thing down. However, spitting things out he has managed to master.

Standing with my help. He recently discovered his legs and wants to stand all the time. Yeah, he is going way to fast. He looks way to big here, I swear I just had him.
Barry Bretton and I have been working on crafts this week for our up coming family reunion. Teresa, my Mother-in-law, is in charge of it and asked if we would make an arts and craft project for it. So this is what we came up with for the kids to do. The reunion is on Flag Day so we used the Flag as our inspiration.
Today we went out to run some errands. Last year, I bought Vallie a super cute swimming suit that was a halter for this summer. She hates it. She was always picking at it and most of the time I catch her trying to take it off at the water park so she can just run around naked cause it bugs her. Well I decided I needed to get her a new one so it was not such a fight. I found one that looked comfortable and had a swim cover with it but it was "HOT PINK", yuck! but decided to get it anyway cause I was sick of shopping with the kids. So, when daddy got home I had her try it on for him and to my surprise it looked so cute. I thought it just made her blue eye pop out. I have to remember colors that don't look good on me are colors that work well with her cause we are different tones. So I took her out in the back yard and got these picture of her with her swim cover on. I thought they turned out cute even though I couldn't get her to stop moving for even a second.

I'm glad to hear my daughter isn't the only one that is weird about different articles of clothing. Vallie doesn't seem near as bad as Madi though. It's a fight every morning w/ Madison on which clothes to wear. (She's really weird about certain styles of shirts...I have to keep reminding her she is only 4!!) I love the cute craft you made. We'll have to try that one. Brahm is so cute! I can't believe he is already 4 months. Time has flown by!
Brahm is getting so big. I can't believe how fast it goes. He'll be 7 1/2 months when our baby is born! Crazy! We need to get together and have some fun with the kids soon. Give me a call when you are free.
Wow those pictures of Vallie are amazing! I also cannot believe how big Brahm is getting. I had to start Aiden on rice cereal a little early too...he has always had an appetite.
It's fun to see everything you guys are up to. I love the pictures of Vallie. You look so cute with Brahm. I still can't believe how long your hair is. Jennie used to have the long hair and you the short, and now you have switched :). I hope you have a great family reunion. I'm sure your kids will love it. Oh- by the way, I just barely got your phone message! Thank you for thinking of me.
