Under Construction

So this week my house is under construction. It is really bitter sweet. Great cause I can't cook for the week (nice break) because it is all through the kitchen area, dining room, foyer, and bathroom. I will post before and after pictures when it is all finished. I wish I would have taken a picture with all the tarps taped up everywhere trying to keep the dust down. We are finally getting tile in under the dining room (whoever thought it was a good idea to put carpet under an eating area with kids was crazy). When we bought the house it had carpet everywhere and we really didn't want to put money into the house cause we were only going to be here for 2 years. Well here we are six years later and putting tile in. It looks as if we are not going anywhere for a while for some reason it is not right so we took the plunge and are finally doing some much needed work around the house. Basically the whole downstairs is out of commission but it will be worth it when it is done. Here is the one room downstairs that is not getting done. It has everything in it even the pantry items. All it is missing is the refrigerator.
