May Piano Recital

Barry Bretton's piano teacher moved in May so she had a final recital. Being the mother I am, I forgot my camera so I recorded it the next morning at home. I know, terrible but here it is just so I can keep record of his progress. Piano is really difficult for him. He has to work really hard to grow at it but he does love it and he LOVES his new teacher. He is having so much fun with her. I started Vallie when we switched to the new teacher and she is loving it too. It seems to make sense to her and she is cruising through her books which is a struggle for Barry to see it come so easy for her. He is always making comments about how it took forever for him to pass off that song or even get to it in the book. But I totally relate to him on it. My sister, Marcee, always was exceptional at piano while it was hard for me but it is so good for him to work hard to achieve something and learn music in the process. Way to go, Barry Bretton!
