This is a picture of him and some of this baseball buddies at his game this past weekend. He is doing so much better now than at the first of the season. It is coach pitch and he is actually hitting the ball now and doesn't have to use the T.
The other day he told me he needed a tree house. I told him good luck, our yard could never have a tree big enough to hold a tree house. He told me that all boys need a secret hide out to go to and he set out to prove to me that he could make a tree house in our bush. He was literally trying to set up pieces of wood in that bush so I thought what could we do to give this little guy a hideout of his own. Then the thought came to me, a Tepee!
Here is the Tepee house that we made. Ya, you can see the bush in the background.
He is sweet enough to let his sister join him even though it is a boy hideout only!

That is the cutest little Tepee! It looks like so much fun. I can't believe Barry's already going to be in Kindergarten. I only have one more year w/Madi. Some days I can't wait, and other days it's so sad to think our babies are all growing up too fast!
Awesome Teepee! He seems like such a sweet boy. Time just goes too fast!!!
that's so cute. My mom made me a tepee when I was little. It was the best hideout ever. Another idea is my mom made a little house out of fabric and she would just set it over a card table. It had a door and windows and evrything. Kids are so much fun.
P.S. I hope Ashlyn and Barry Bretton get to be in the same class next year.
